How much is Australian shipping?

Standard tracked Australian shipping is A$13.50 for orders under A$149. Orders of A$149 or more receive complimentary standard shipping. Eligibility is calculated at checkout after applicable discounts.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days, subject to stock availability. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

How long will delivery take?

Estimated Australian delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be longer for remote destinations, public holidays, peak periods, severe weather or carrier delays.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking details will be emailed when your order is dispatched.

Do you deliver internationally?

Selected international destinations may be available where offered at checkout. Charges, delivery estimates, duties and taxes vary by destination.

Returns

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

You may request a change-of-mind return within 7 calendar days after delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags and original packaging. Contact us before returning the item. The customer pays change-of-mind return postage.

What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
