Returns & Refunds
We want you to be confident when purchasing from LIYAAQAT. This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind returns
You may request a change-of-mind return within 7 calendar days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags and original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Before sending anything back, email helloliyaqat1@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be identifiable or accepted.
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend tracked delivery. Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to display the refund.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or not the item ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at helloliyaqat1@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where practical.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances and whether the failure is major or minor. If the product is confirmed to have a problem, we will reimburse reasonable return costs as required by law.
Items that cannot be accepted as change-of-mind returns
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, worn, used, washed, altered or damaged items cannot be accepted as change-of-mind returns. This exclusion does not limit any rights for faulty or misdescribed products under the Australian Consumer Law.
