Australian shipping

LIYAAQAT delivers throughout Australia using tracked standard delivery.

• Orders under A$149: A$13.50 standard shipping.
• Orders of A$149 or more: complimentary standard shipping.

Shipping eligibility is calculated from the eligible order value displayed at checkout after applicable discounts.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days, subject to stock availability. Processing time is separate from delivery time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly and offer available alternatives or a refund for the unavailable item.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Remote destinations, public holidays, peak periods, severe weather and carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at helloliyaqat1@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and assist in accordance with applicable Australian law.

International delivery

Delivery to selected destinations outside Australia may be available where offered at checkout. International charges and estimated timeframes vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country, unless checkout states otherwise.
